After years of growing their own successful coaching businesses, Sherri Starr and Jessie Cox formed StarrCox because they recognized that the industry was overflowing with how-to services, yet lacking the true support and done-for-you services that business owners really NEED.
It seemed crazy to them that coaches, consultants, and experts were expected to build, run, and grow their businesses all by themselves.
So they invented a better way and assembled the StarrCox Dream Team to be the implementors for business owners who want it all but can't do it all.
Both living in Southern California, Sherri brings her inquisitive, creative, and resourceful brain combined with her compassionate uplifting approach, while Jessie offers her troubleshooting, logistical, no-nonsense delivery, making them the dynamic duo your business needs.
Who Are Sherri & Jessie?
Sherri Starr is a spirited powerhouse who will always tell you the truth (with a sweet delivery). Sherri's extensive experience as a life, business, and sales coach brings the intuitive skillsets to execute the plan that makes the most sense for your vision. Her dedication to authenticity means she will never recommend a client try something that hasn't worked for her already.
Jessie Cox is an upbeat dynamo who is always overflowing resourceful thinking and ideas. Jessie's expertise in entrepreneurship, coaching, and managing start-up businesses make her the perfect coach to help clients get out of their own way to reach their goals. Her no-nonsense approach to life keeps her in constant forward motion and advocating for her clients' success and progress.

Supporting Our Local Nonprofit Organization
Sherri and Jessie are passionate advocates for cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones. They wholeheartedly support Be Well, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to profoundly impacting and improving the lives of those touched by cancer. Co-founders Mary Baker and Heidi Borsch come to their work with the cancer population from their personal experiences as caregivers to parents who lost their battles with the disease.
